Inspection Department We have a fully air conditioned dedicated inspection department
which is extremely well equipped .
Equipment includes Ferranti Mercury 3 Axis co ordinate measuring machine .
Zeiss optical measuring machine on which we can optically check helical milling thread
forms and linear dimensions to an accuracy of 1 micron .
Diameters and linear dimensions can be checked to an accuracy of better than 0.5 Microns
using an optical probe attachment .
