Established in 1957  we have given our customers 49 years of service to date.  Now operating from a  purpose-built factory in Hitchin Hertfordshire we have both the equipment and technical ability to produce complex parts from the most difficult to machine materials.

We have built a reputation for producing the very best quality machined components at competitive prices, from one off prototypes to high volume production batches.

By keeping up to date with the latest equipment and programming systems we are able to retain a competitive edge in a very competitive marketplace.  The Visi Cam programming system is used for all CNC programming and allows us to work from 3d models.  We can manufacture from  files supplied in DXF and IGES formats (among others).

Daewoo Mynx (1 metre travel) vertical machining centre with 30 tool pre-select tool change (1.5 seconds tool to tool), through spindle coolant, swarf conveyor, spindle cooling system and Fanuc 21-MB CNC control.

Cincinnati Arrow 500 with 7 second chip to chip tool change, 8,000 rpm 15 hp spindle drive, 24m/min rapids and Fanuc 18i CNC control.
