In addition to our CNC equipment, some of which is shown below (but by no means all!), are grinding facilities (including production plunge feed cylindrical grinding equipment), assembly areas and bench finishing facilities.  We also have a full range of supporting conventional machinery for tool making and short production run purposes.

This view shows part of our milling section, the machine in the foreground is a Cincinnati Arrow 500 with Acramatic 2100 control.  This is one of four machines with full 4 axis capability (rotary axis).  These enable us to mill components with helical forms or machine components on multiple faces.  Beyond the Cincinnati is a line of Fanuc high speed milling and tapping centres.

Fadal VMC 3016 carrying out machining on a valve plate.   These machines are capable of a 10,000rpm spindle speed and have cooled ball screws for pinpoint accuracy and repeatability. A full 4th axis also enables the machining of helixes and multi face machining on this machine

Chiron FZ12W Pallet Loader. The machine with the fastest tool change in the west!  It changes tool in 0.8 seconds and has rapid traverse rates of 30m per minute.  Used mainly for the manufacture of larger volume microwave type components, this machine can tap holes as small as M2.  We frequently machine materials such as magnesium alloys for several customers in the mobile communications industry.
